Emerge Christian Training Institute Refund Policy
Understanding that circumstances may arise which oblige the student to withdraw from one or more courses, Emerge has established set policy covering the withdrawal and refund if applicable process.

Students withdrawing from one or more courses must submit their request in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will be subject to the official withdrawal date on the completed request. Students who do not officially withdraw (In writing) are not eligible to receive a withdrawal refund if applicable. Verbal requests for withdrawal will not be deemed as valid until followed-up with a written request. All requests must be emailed and received by required dates.
REFUND POLICY

Prior to the first day of class start if a student withdraws and has paid their full tuition a full refund will be issued.

After the first day of class start if you have taken advantage of our payment plan program there will be no refunds, no exceptions.

After the third week of class for all students there will be no refunds, no exceptions.
