In 2017 Emerge Christian Training Institute was established by Pastor Allen and Tammara Randall through their church Impact Ministries of Houston. Emerge was created to:

Provide a quality Christian base program for those who are qualified and called to the practice of Christian care.

Develop and support high ethical standards of training and practice requirements for the attainment of certification.

Establish quality standards and requirements for recertification of its credentialed member, attesting to ongoing education and skill attainment in the practice specialty of Christian training.
